There is a Hidden Mickey at Disney World designed to show itself only on Mickey's birthday at noon.

Walt Disney Imagineering has given us all a great gift by designing one of the best Hidden Mickeys ever in the Magic Kingdom's Under the Sea - Journey of Little Mermaid Attraction queue in the New Fantasyland.

Designed to display at noon on November 18, Mickey's Birthday, this Hidden Mickey is one of Steve's all time favorites

The rock formations along the queue have been carved so that when the sun is in just the right spot a Mickey shadow will appear on the wall across from it.  Of course the sun need to cooperate but it is not unreasonable to expect a little pixie dust from the sky on Mickey's birthday.

It is always difficult to explain exact locations along what are often elaborate queues.  It is easiest to say look for this recognizable display in the queue on your right.
